If your Nokhu isn't the right fit, send it back within 30 days of delivery. 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
How it works
- Email customerservice@nokhugear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label
- Ship it back in the original box, unused and in original condition
- Once we receive and inspect it, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
Wrong size?
Don't return it — exchange it. If your rack doesn't fit your vehicle, reach out and we'll get you into the right size. We cover shipping on the replacement. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
Damaged in transit?
Different process, faster fix: email us photos within 30 days and we'll file the carrier claim and make it right — no return shipping cost to you.
Return Terms
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped in the original packaging. Proof of purchase required. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund and calculated at the time of return. 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Items showing use, damage from use, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund at Nokhu's discretion.
