Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging and condition, within 30 days of purchase, and with receipt.
• Customer is responsible for arranging shipping and covering related shipping cost of item(s) back to our warehouse. Original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund.
• Refunds can take 3-5 business days after receipt of product and is based on the condition of the product after full inspection. 
• RMA number must be included on box in order for refund to be issued. 
• Please contact us for RMA number, more details and to initiate the return process.  
  

Shipping

• We ship via FedEx or UPS Ground from San Diego, CA.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once order has shipped.
• No weekend delivery. No shipping to PO Boxes.
