30-Day Return Policy
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We'll work on your behalf to make a claim with the parcel service who damaged the product.

Non-Fitting Products
Ensuring your order fits your needs is essential. If you find that your rack does not fit your vehicle as expected, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to see if there is another size that will fit your vehicle better.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs for returns due to non-fitting products are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds:
If approved, refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds are based solely on the value of the returned item(s) — original shipping costs are non-refundable. For example, if an item costs $100 and shipping was $10, the refund amount will be $100 (less any applicable fees), not $110.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for another size or product are subject to the restocking fee to return, but shipping is waived on the exchanged item.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the contact form on our website with the requested information. We will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions based on our assessment.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed for the value of the returned item(s) only, excluding any original shipping charges.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Nokhu products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Normal wear and tear
