We build the Nokhu Rack with full-thickness lumber and American steel — deliberately overbuilt, because your basecamp shouldn't have a weak link. We stand behind that for 10 years.
10-Year Warranty — all Nokhu steel-frame platforms (Nokhu Half Rack, Nokhu Rack).
3-Year Warranty — everything else (Nokhu Ledge, Nokhu Nest, Nokhu Bins, and accessories).
If your Nokhu fails under normal use, here's what happens:
Most fixes are fast. We keep parts in stock — a replacement board or beam usually gets you back on the road in days, shipped free.
Bigger problems, bigger fix. If there's a true defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it. Simple as that.
Dents, scratches, and worn spots tell the stories of your trips — those are yours to keep. Defects are ours to fix.

Warranty Terms
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for Nokhu-branded products — 10 years from the date of purchase for steel-frame platform products (Nokhu Half Rack and Nokhu Rack) and 3 years from the date of purchase for all other Nokhu products (including the Nokhu Ledge, Nokhu Nest, and Nokhu Bins) — for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Warranty is non-transferable.
To file a claim: email support@nokhugear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. Nokhu will review each claim and, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, repair, or a replacement product of equal value.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading), or natural characteristics of wood such as minor seasonal movement
- Normal compression, softening, or wear of foam and fabric components over time
- Damage from misuse, improper installation, or use inconsistent with product instructions
- Loads exceeding the stated weight capacity (500 lbs per Half Rack, evenly distributed)
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Commercial or rental use
- Loss or damage during shipping by third parties (covered separately under our shipping claims process)
Nokhu's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
