Weight guidance

The Ledge itself is stronger than anything you'll mount it to — the practical limit is the surface, not the table.

Side of vehicle: up to 50 lbs recommended. The brackets press against your door panel, so heavier loads risk denting the door — the table will be fine; your paint job cares.

Tire: up to 25 lbs recommended. Rubber flexes, so keep loads lighter here.

Inside on a headrest: ideal for organization, hanging clothes, and keeping essentials in reach on the drive.

    The strongest setup. Camp kitchen, prep station, or workbench — right at standing height.

  • On your tire

    Sit-down height. Pull up a chair, set down a beverage, eat dinner off it.

Two surfaces

Flip it your way

A 2-inch lip runs around one side. Lip up, it's a tray that keeps everything contained. Lip down, it's a flat table.

Adjustable angle

Level on any surface

Seat backs recline. Doors sit flat. Multiple mounting holes in the brackets let you offset the angle with locking pins, so the table stays level no matter what it's strapped to — and rubber pads protect your paint.

FAQ

Will it scratch my car?

The brackets — the only parts that touch your vehicle — have rubber pads on all four corners to protect paint and interior surfaces.

How much weight can it hold?

The table out-muscles whatever it's mounted to. We recommend up to 50 lbs on the side of a vehicle and up to 25 lbs on a tire — in both cases the limit is protecting your door panel or accounting for tire flex, not the steel.

How does the angle adjustment work?

The tray bolts to two brackets with multiple mounting holes. Whatever the brackets sit against — a reclined seat back or a flat door — you pick the holes that offset the angle, lock it with the included pins, and the table sits level.

Does it work with the Nokhu Rack?

They're built for the same trips. The Rack handles sleep and storage inside; the Ledge puts a table anywhere outside. Together they turn one vehicle into a full basecamp.
