The features are cool and will serve the purpose I bought it for just fine. I like the adjustability of it the most. I can adjust the width and the height. What I don’t like is the Velcro strips weren’t placed very straight on the frame and the adhesive holding it onto said frame isn’t that strong. So when I pulled it off to straighten it, it was relatively easy to pull. When I pull the slats on and off to place them where I want, it causes the Velcro to come up with the slats, a little. Some of the slats are also bowed. That won’t really matter for me but you can see it. Another thing I really like are the feet. They swivel to adjust to uneven surfaces, like a truck bed. That’s a detail I appreciate. All the good things make the product more than worth it and any negatives I mentioned are just for feedback on their product as the develop more versions in the future. There were no deal breaking problems. I am very happy with this product I would buy it again.

I ordered a Nokhu 30 as the AI chatbot on the website recommended it for my vehicle. It was the wrong size and i had to ship it back for an exchange. A month later, i still haven't received my exchange and customer service refuses to give tangible updates, only responds at the end of the day, and lies about timelines. I was reaaaally excited to use the rack and feel the disappointment so far has put me off from the brand & product. I would not recommend to a friend as there isnt much transparency, a well staffed support team or an escalation process

Great piece gear. Definitely helps organize my Nissan. Looking forward to using it camping this next spring.
