Fitment Guide: Nokhu 25 vs. Nokhu 30

Both sizes share the exact same frame — 21.5" rack width, 44" collapsed to 72" extended, height adjustable 9"–15". The only difference is board width, which sets your sleep surface and how much floor space is left beside the rack.

Nokhu 25 25" boards	The right call for compact and midsize SUVs, hatchbacks, and narrower cargo areas — or any rig where you want to keep floor space open beside the rack for gear, a cooler, or a dog.
Nokhu 30 30" boards	The right call for full-size SUVs, minivans, and truck beds. Five extra inches of sleep surface makes a real difference for broader shoulders or restless sleepers.

Quick check: measure your cargo area's usable width and length. You need at least 25" or 30" of width for the boards and 44" of length with the rack collapsed. For sleep mode, the rack extends to 72" — with most vehicles, that means folding the second row flat or sleeping with the tailgate area in play.

What's the difference between Pine Board and Carpeted?

Same rack, same boards. The Carpeted version adds a factory-laminated carpet finish on each board for a softer, quieter, more finished sleep surface. Pine Board is the raw solid-pine deck — rugged, lighter on the wallet, and easy to customize.

Do I have to assemble it?

Once. Initial assembly takes a couple of minutes with the included hardware. After that, the rack collapses, extends, and adjusts without tools — set it up at camp in the time it takes to open the tailgate.

How much weight can it hold?

500 lbs, on a 16-gauge steel frame. Sleep on it, stand on it, load it with gear.

What's the warranty and return policy?
